Shipping: 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and fulfilled by USPS. Please allow approximately 2-5 business days for delivery once shipped. Your shipment will include tracking information.

Returns and Exchanges: 

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your product, please get in touch with me directly via email at info@miltalee.com or through the website's contact page so we can work towards a favorable solution. I do my best to respond in a timely manner.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

I package your items with great care to ensure they arrive safely. However, should an item arrive damaged, please get in touch with me and send me a photo (info@miltalee.com) and I will immediately reship at no charge to you. 

Cancellations: 

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, please notify me within 12 hrs of making your purchase. Once your order processes and ships a refund cannot be issued until the items are returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened. 


** Please note, custom orders are completely non-refundable.
